Amare La Cucina

Amare La Cucina was founded in Baguio City and is today regarded as one of the top regional eateries. It was built on passion, creativity, and hard work. Since its humble origins in a small area of Edmark Bustos's family house, it has expanded to become the go-to place for real Neapolitan-style, brick-oven pizza. The hand-stretched, distinctively delicious dough that serves as the foundation of the pizzas offered today was developed by Edmark with the help of another restaurateur while he and his wife were on vacation in 2013.
Using a wood-fired brick oven to complete this recipe contributes even more to the distinctive flavor and texture that make Napoletana pizza so well-known.
In 2014, the lobby of the Albergo Hotel in Baguio saw the opening of the first full-fledged restaurant after extensive planning, creation, and training. Even now, the place has a significant level of appeal for both locals and tourists. The first Manila location, in Kapitolyo, Pasig City, which continues to be one of the metro's major food centres, opened its doors in 2017.
Amare La Cucina, which means "to love the kitchen" in Italian, is a combination of the names of the Busto siblings Alvin, Marianne, and Edmark. With an understanding of Filipinos' love of Italian food and a dedication to improving everything LOCAL, from fresh ingredients to exceptional service, the restaurant works to consistently live up to its name.
